Where to play
 Haringey is full of truly beautiful parks, from the enormous Finsbury Park, complete to boating lake, to the small but perfectly formed Stationers Park, to the lovely Bruce Castle Park, and the popular Pavilion at Albert Road, where the bustling cafe is a focal point.
All of these parks have tennis courts, and most of the courts are free. Even where they are charged for, the price is very modest. In all, there are 41 puiblic courts you can play on, of which all but 10 are free. They are at the following locations:

6 courts, £5 per court, plus £5 for floodlights, 4 mini courts. With fully refurbished, and brand spanking new floodlights which were officially switched on on Sunday 21 November this excellent and much loved facility is a hub of the local community.

Four floodlit courts. To book ring: 020 8881 2323, open Monday to Friday 10am-10pm, weekends 9am-5pm, Cost £2 per hour per person. In terms of their condition, probably the best courts of all, and at present, the only ones which are floodlit

Group coaching Group tennis coaching for adults at White Hart Lane Tennis Club - starts Tuesday 18th January 2011
The classes take place on Tuesdays with beginner classes from 7-8pm and intermediate classes from 8-9pm.
The 5 week course costs £31 and all rackets, equipment and LTA licensed tennis coaches will be provided.
